To join our team, we're seeking for a motivated Senior Marketing & Customer Officer.

A role

As Senior Marketing & Customer Care Officer, you support the implementation of CCBRT's marketing strategy to increase the favorable positioning of CCBRT goods and services in the African healthcare market by raising consumer awareness of the company and attracting new clients.

You oversee the organization's overall brand management and corporate identity in conjunction with the Head of Marketing & Customer Care, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.

With clearly defined goals for growth, retention, and value delivered within agreed budgets and in alignment with the overarching brand strategy and business objectives, you develop and launch new marketing campaigns and initiatives using a variety of various (Innovative) marketing tools and channels.*

To receive and produce information and materials, you communicate with many departments. You will help with market research and surveys to find customer demands and business expansion prospects. Additionally, you support the organization's customer care services and aid in the analysis of consumer feedback and digital channels.#

Its profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, commercial studies, or a comparable field with at least five years of experience working in customer service or marketing for businesses or services. Being familiar with the health industry will be helpful.

• You have experience managing budgets and returns on investment for digital marketing initiatives, as well as creating and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns.

• You can successfully write and edit material for a variety of audiences and distribution methods. You speak Swahili and English both with ease.

• You are very good at networking and interacting with others, including on social media.

• You possess a strong sense of self-assurance, are vivacious and driven, and have demonstrated abilities in project management, planning, and teamwork.

• You are imaginative and inventive with good problem-solving skills, but you are also aware of your priorities.
